4. Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier and destination (see our Shipping Policy). Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

5. Returns & Refunds

As a dropshipping store, returns and refunds are managed by our external partners (see Return and Refund Policy). Billekoepa serves as an intermediary to facilitate communication between customers and suppliers.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or defects caused by third-party suppliers.
However, we will always assist in resolving issues with the supplier.
