At Billekoepa, we collaborate with several trusted external brands and suppliers to offer you a wide range of quality products. Because we operate as a dropshipping platform, all returns and refunds are processed directly by the external partner who fulfilled your order.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at info@billekoepa.com. We will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions from the external supplier.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Each brand may have its own return procedure and address.

We cannot accept returns sent directly to Billekoepa without prior approval.
Refunds
Once the supplier confirms receipt and inspection of your return, your refund will be processed. The refund will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
Some products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

Underwear, swimwear, earrings, or baby items once opened

Custom or personalized items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
